The Good Fight
Sour Pale Ale

The Good Fight is always worth fighting.
It's facing the sour notes in life and striving to turn each into their own juicy reward...
This Sour Pale Ale might at first be tart, but we aggressively dry-hopped it for a juicy passion fruit punch that knocks out with an elegant malty finish. A perfect introductory
sour.....the fight you want to pick on hot
summer days.

On the Rhine River, atop a steep rock, there once lived a dangerously beautiful nymph named Lorelai.  Bitterly she sought to lure passing sailors to their watery doom, using her dulcet song to take her revenge…
Like the Lorelai of legend, this American IPA is dangerously seductive with just the right amount of bitterness, a graceful body singing juicy seductive tropical notes of Citra, Mandarina Bavaria, and Huell Melon hops.
Beware.  One sip and you’re hers…
Tasting Notes
Balanced malt & hop bill with tropical fruit, strawberry, & melon notes up front.
Tasting Notes
Tart and passion fruit up front breaking way to a light bready malt character on the back end
Molly's Lips
Painted Fortune
Black Gose

Molly's Lips is a not so traditional take on a beer that has been brewed for over a thousand years.  Hailing from Goslar Germany, a Gose by nature is tart with a touch of salinity.  Our take includes a fair amount of black malts and a hint of orange blossom, contributing floral aromas with a nice roasty finish.  One sip will leave you wanting to kiss Molly's Lips.
Carolina Common

She bestows upon you the ease of nature’s bounty in every sip, a meandering path of effortless drinkability. Carefully crafted using only the finest N.C. grown and Riverbend malted grains and Green Hill Urban Farm heirloom corn, each moment you spend with her reveals a balanced character of caramel and sweet corn that gives way to an essence of dark cherry. She leaves your mind to wonder, your troubles to melt away...
She is forever your Painted Fortune.
Tasting Notes
Floral nose.  Tart with a roasty finish.
